Reiki Thought Jan 19th!!!!

Sending out reiki for strength and understanding. Sometimes no matter how hard we try to make everything and everyone in our lives happy and secure we can find that the rug just got yanked out from underneath us yet again. Sometimes we need to take the time to gain some perspective on this. Allow the light of reiki to help you see what is before you so you can understand it, then allow that light to help you find the strength to pick yourself up, dust yourself off and begin again!!!

Reiki Thought Sept. 12th

 

There are people in our lives who display great strength. These people have the grace to face pain, anger, and other human emotions in ways that maybe we don’t understand. What we need to remember about these people is that they can still feel all of the human emotions just like the rest of us. Sometimes they even feel it deeper, but have the grace and understanding to “get” through it in a way that makes them seem like they have it all together all the time. Allow the light of reiki to help you remember that we are all able to feel pain, anger, hurt, frustration and all emotions even to the depths of our souls. We should do our best to handle everyone with love. Remember those with that “strength”, experience things just as we do. Maybe we could step back and learn something from them.

Reiki Thought June 15th!!!

Sending out Reiki to help us stay strong. Strength can come in many forms. Maybe yours is in being still and going within to find your way. Maybe you strength is standing up for yourself and those you love or maybe it is in the calm of your demeanor in the wake of a storm. Whatever your strength is allow the light of Reiki to help you with it. I am strong and I flow with love.
