Reiki Breathing – Reiki breathing is a simple technique that you can use to help with meditation. To wind down from your day. To start your day or you can use it before and after you do Reiki to help with focusing.
Basically you pick a number from 1-10 and then you start to breathe while counting in your head. So let’s say you pick the number 4. Then you breathe in for a count of 4. Breathe in 1..2..3..4. Then Hold for the count of 4. Hold 1..2..3..4. Then exhale for the count of 4. Exhale 1..2..3..4. Then pause for the count of 4. Pause 1..2..3..4. Then you begin again. I recommend you do this type of breathing for at least 3-5 min. You will see such a difference in your stress levels and they way you sleep if you do this before bed!
To go along with the angel card fro the day. We should all do a little bit of Reiki breathing and then send some nice Reiki to help bring your dreams, goals, and ideas into focus. Then send to help you take the steps, or meet the people you need to meet to help you make those dreams a reality!
