 Reward Yourself – You’ve been giving a lot of yourself lately and it is time for you to receive. Make the time to reward yourself in a meaningful way. This balance of giving and receiving is essential to keeping your energy, mood, and motivation at a consistent high level.

 

Balance is the key in life really no matter what we are talking about. Finding that balance is truly what we all seek. I think it is what we strive for everyday. Taking time to do something for yourself is important. Go out and take a walk, go to a movie, get some Reiki, get a massage, meditate or read a favorite book. It can be as simple as allowing yourself time to do something for you. We like to give to others because (well at least for me) it makes us feel good inside. That is the “pay off”. Why not give ourselves that same “pay off” by being and doing something nice for us? It will pay you back 2x!! Not only will you get the good inside feeling you will also get a great feeling by allowing yourself to give to you!

 

If you are giving just to get then you are totally missing the point!

Reiki Thought for June 27th!

Today’s Reiki Thought!

 

Today’s angel card was about Grounding. So let’s take a moment today to do a little bit of Reiki breathing, and then think of our Root Chakra and allow our thoughts and energy to flow and open that Chakra up. Then think of your feet being connected to mother earth and just feel your body immediately center right in the rhythm with mother earth. After all we are one with her and each other! Send some Reiki to yourself and then to others. Remind yourself to feel the flow of energy with our planet and use that energy to send out positive thoughts, feelings and vibes to the planet and all of the living things on this beautiful ball that we all live on. Let’s get grounded today and help raise the vibration of mother earth and ourselves. This is the way to bring about love, hope, faith and peace here!

Angel Card June 27th!

 

Ground Yourself – When you detach from awareness of your body and the physical world, you become ungrounded. Although it’s pleasant to float heavenward, your attention and work are needed upon earth. We’re helping you balance the spiritual and material so that you can enjoy a fulfilling Earthly life.

  

 

I believe this card is talking about our Earthly work of perfecting our souls. If we spend too much time with our head in the clouds, or doing things like drugs and alcohol then we are not really here with our feet planted on mother earth. The reason we need to find that balance and or have our feet planted is so that we can be here and fulfil our contracts with the Divine and make ourselves more complete. Our souls have chose to come here to perfect and become closer and more like the Divine. Therefore we need to experience some of the pains in life. If you don’t experience unhappiness, then how do you really know what joy is? That is why we come to this place, because here on Earth we can experience the harder side of life and our soul perfect at the highest rates here on this planet. Remember if you are down here then you have made a hard but wise choice and you are a strong child of he Divine!! You really can have and do anything you want. Find the faith and the rest will follow!

Today’s Reiki Thought!

 

Reiki yourself  to help you think and be in a positive frame of mind, body and spirit. Take the time to Reiki your Past, Present and Future. Make plans and take ideas and put them on paper, then, Reiki the paper to help manifest and bring those thinks into your life. Send out positive energy today and help yourself and others to stay in that positive place. Thins will begin to flow in the right direction.

 

I will be sending out positive Reiki energy, thoughts and light to you all!!!!!!!!

Law of Attraction – Each thought is an investment that pays immediate dividends, so invest wisely, you have the power to choose your thoughts and align them with love, peace, and harmony. At your request, we will gladly attune your energies to higher frequencies.

 

Start today to work towards changing direction into positive think, speaking, and accomplishing. If you are having trouble keeping in that frame of mind the ask the angels to help you. When any negative feelings or thoughts creep in, change your mode of thinking and switch them into something positive and then reaffirm that within yourself.

Reiki Thought for June 23rd!

Today’s Reiki thought.

 

Well, today I feel we should step outside our own little boxes a bit. I picked the Angel card “See Only Love” for today. Going with that theme for the day I think we should Reiki ourselves with that intention. Then I think we should send Reiki to those we have challenges with and those we don’t understand. That way we will truly “See Only Love or Light” in them.  It is very easy to Reiki those people that we love and cherish. Sometimes though the other people around us that we may not always cherish need the Reiki more than we know!!

 

So send out Reiki to help everyone raise their vibration and be the best they can be. Help them rise to their highest and best.

See Only Love – Look past the seeming errors, mistakes, and misunderstandings and see only love within each person (including yourself). You resolute focus upon the love that underlies every situation brings about healing in undreamed of ways.

 

 

Sometimes we will judge ourselves and or others and we need to step back and look through the eyes of love!!! How would the angels or the source look at us? See ourselves through the eyes we use to see our friends! We are all here to learn, grow, change and be the best us we can be. So it is important to help each other along on that path! So look at everyone with the eyes of love and see how we will be able to lift the vibration of our world and make it a better place for us all to live in!!!

Today’s Reiki!

 

Well, today I picked the Angel card Acceptance! So let’s Reiki the entire planet with that Reiki theme for today!  Reiki acceptance to all of us and our beautiful planet today!

 

Acceptance is so important! Not only do we need to learn to accept each other, our families, friends, animals, the planet, and so on. We really need to learn to accept ourselves and see the wonderful, beautiful, amazing people that we truly are!   

 

At the Litha Celebration in the park Miss Kathy read a beautiful prayer and I feel it is important to share here along with today’s Reiki thought!

Acceptance – See yourself and others through the eyes of the angels, with unconditional love and acceptance. In this way you inspire and life everyone to their highest potential.

 

Look at yourself and others through the eyes of a best friend or the source. Then you will find light. We all need love, kindness, caring, support, help, love and light. We should be giving it to each other freely and unconditionally! When we accept ourselves it helps us accept others. When we accept others it helps us receive unconditional love.
